I’m Aun from Bangkok and I've just graduated from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
I love to my spend time at the gym. Despite my busy schedules, I still make it my priority to visit the gym almost everyday as it makes me happy. When I have some free time, I enjoy spending many hours at the gym working on my cardio , weights and joining group classes.
Apart from that, I also enjoy preparing my own meals and reviewing good, healthy products & snacks to provide a source of inspiration to others. I share them here.
My goal for the year is to get stronger and leaner. There is so much to learn about health & fitness - I want to learn more about nutrition and how eating disorders are developed. I would like to help others by learning how to design and maintain a healthy diet.
Since 2008, I have been helping out at Sathira Dhammasathan's Nature Cure Treatment Program with my mom. She is the Head of Staff at the center and we take care of patients through alternative, natural treatments.
I hope that I can help and inspire other women with #TEAMBUSYWOMAN to live well, eat healthy, workout and maintain some balance between work & life as well!
My favorite class at the gym is the Body Pump class.
