Humans are creatures of habits. We tend to stick to what we know and how we do things, especially if that's what we've done all along.
That's just how we do it. That's just how I am.
There comes a point where we realise that doing things the same way day in and day out, and expecting change, is madness. And so, we make...resolutions! More me-time. Get lean. Complete a marathon. Book that retreat... But how do we stick
